Autumn Women's Wellness RetreatOur popular Women’s Wellness Retreat is back & we have been planning some wonderful new additions! This year we are hosting our retreat in beautiful Jericho, at the foothills of the mountains in an idyllic red Vermont barn which feels just perfect for a restorative retreat in the fall!

Please join us for a much deserved afternoon of rest, relaxation, release and rejuvenation. The afternoon will be filled with calming, gentle yoga (no experience needed), peaceful guided mindfulness excercises, self-care activities (including soothing chair massages!) and centering moving meditations. We’ll also have precious time to just be…to connect and be social with others and/or have quiet, reflective time to do things like journal. Healthy, light refreshments will be offered and we will be raffling off several amazing wellness goodies!

About your hosts:

Angie Ferenc, MA LCMHC is a licensed mental health therapist and co-owner of VT Counseling & Wellness in Williston, VT. Rachel Lacourciere, RYT is a yoga teacher and is the owner of Niyama Yoga. You can find Rachel teaching private and public yoga classes throughout Vermont. Together, they have hosted multiple Women’s Wellness Retreats over the past 5 years.

Afternoon Itinerary

*all times are approximate

1:00 PM – Welcome – Meet your retreat hosts, Angie and Rachel, as we begin to settle mindfully

1:10 PM – Getting to know each other

1:20 PM – Gentle Yoga

2:15 PM – Various self-care activities, including massage, herbal medicine consultation, and nutritional counseling

3:30 PM – Mindfulness

4:30 PM – Moving Meditation (@3/4 mile walk to a better view of Mansfield Mountain)

4:50 PM – Wrap up, including take home wellness bags and raffle winners.
