“When I first met Rachel, I had so much leg, foot, and hip pain that it was affecting my quality of life. Wearing high heels was out of the question. There were times when I couldn't walk normally across the bedroom floor to get to the bathroom at night. Exercise was infrequent because I was so tight and in so much pain.
