This class is held around the pool deck and the temperature in the room is @88-90 degrees. The idea is to use the heat to open tight muscles we tend to repetitively use when we run. However, this class is appropriate for anyone (TEENS WELCOME) looking to stretch and relax their muscles. This class will take place at the Essex PT Meadows location next to CVS. Enter through the side pool door (around the back) of the Essex PT Building. Don’t forget to bring along a bottle of water and hand towel!
