FREE Adult/Child Partner Yoga Class

FREE Adult/Child Partner Yoga Class from 9:oo am – 10:00 am at Athleta on Church Street.  Plan to spend Sunday morning (September 16th) with your child at Athleta! Join my daugther and I for a FREE morning of yoga and discounted shopping, to benefit Green Mountain Aquatics!

Whether you are both brand new to yoga or a mix-and-match pair, this will certainly be a fun event to be enjoyed together. We will explore partner poses (including an acroyoga option for those who would like to try) and benefit from some loving kindness and relaxation to finish our practice.

We will follow the yoga class with a special shop party for attendees (or those who just want to come for the shopping portion!) from 10am – 12Noon with refreshments, 20% off your entire purchase AND 10% of proceeds donated back to GMA!
