It’s Back! And this year will be better than ever as the Essex High School‘s Cross Country Yoga Fundraiser will support BOTH the Girls’ and Boys’ Teams this year!!
Yoga for Runners led by yours truly. Open to the Community. Saturday, September 29th from 9 – 10am in the Essex High School Gym. $15 and all proceeds benefit both cross country teams!
This annual event is one of my favorites! I hope to see you there!
